Printezia provides custom printing, packaging, sourcing, design assistance, and related services, including but not limited to:

- Labels and Stickers
- Flexible Packaging
- Commercial Printing
- Marketing Materials
- Packaging Design Assistance
- Packaging Consultation
- Sampling Services
- Product Sourcing Services
Products and services may be supplied through Printezia’s own facilities, affiliated facilities, approved vendors, converters, printers, manufacturers, subcontractors, or other authorized production partners.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations issued by Printezia are subject to review, approval, and availability.
Prices may vary due to:
- Material costs
- Supplier pricing
- Labor costs
- Freight charges
- Currency fluctuations
- Taxes and duties
- Market conditions
- Product specifications
Quotations are valid only for the period specified therein and may be revised or withdrawn at any time before order acceptance.
Any changes requested by the customer after quotation approval may result in revised pricing, additional charges, or production delays.
4. Order Acceptance
An order shall only be deemed accepted when:
- The customer approves the quotation;
- The customer provides all required specifications;
- Required artwork and information are received;
- Payment requirements are satisfied;
- Printezia confirms the order.
Printezia reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, modify, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
5. Custom Supply Services
All products supplied by Printezia are customized according to customer-provided requirements and specifications.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:
- Product dimensions
- Product fit requirements
- Materials
- Quantities
- Structural requirements
- Product specifications
- Packaging requirements
Printezia shall not be responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Digital mockups, renderings, samples, and visual representations are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from final supplied products.
6. Design Assistance Services
Printezia may provide design assistance services including:
- Packaging Design
- Artwork Preparation
- Layout Services
- Mockups
- Product Renderings
- Structural Recommendations
- File Setup
- Artwork Revisions
- Packaging Development Support
Such services may be provided free of charge or for an additional fee at Printezia’s sole discretion.
Design assistance services are provided solely to facilitate quotation preparation, product development, and order fulfillment.
7. Customer Responsibility for Content
Where Printezia prepares artwork, layouts, labels, packaging designs, mockups, or related materials on behalf of a customer, such work is based entirely upon information, content, specifications, and instructions provided by the customer.
Customers remain fully responsible for verifying and approving:

- Product Information
- Ingredients
- Nutritional Information
- Barcodes
- QR Codes
- Contact Information
- Addresses
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Marketing Claims
- Product Claims
- Regulatory Statements
- Translations
- Copyrighted Materials
- Legal Compliance
Printezia does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, completeness, or regulatory compliance of customer-provided content.
8. Free Design Services, Artwork Ownership and File Release
Printezia may provide artwork preparation, packaging design, layout services, mockups, renderings, revisions, file setup, and related creative services free of charge as a courtesy to customers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, free design services do not include transfer of ownership or delivery of editable source files.
Printezia shall have no obligation to provide, release, transfer, or deliver:
- AI Files
- PSD Files
- EPS Files
- Source Files
- Working Files
- Production Files
- Die Lines
- Structural Files
- Editable PDFs
- Mockup Files
- Design Assets
All artwork, layouts, die lines, mockups, renderings, concepts, structural designs, production templates, and creative materials developed by Printezia during quotation, sampling, design, or production processes shall remain the property of Printezia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any artwork, layouts, die lines, mockups, structural designs, renderings, concepts, or creative materials developed by Printezia may not be reproduced, copied, shared, transferred, sold, provided to another supplier, or used for competitive bidding purposes without the prior written consent of Printezia.
9. Free Dies, Printing Plates, Tooling and Setup Materials
Printezia may provide complimentary services including:
- Die Making
- Printing Plates
- Die Lines
- Tooling
- Setup Costs
- Production Preparation
- Sampling Assistance
Any complimentary dies, plates, tooling, die lines, setup materials, templates, or production assets remain the sole property of Printezia unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Customers shall have no automatic right to receive, possess, transfer, return, claim ownership of, or request delivery of any complimentary production materials.
Printezia shall have no obligation to return, release, transfer, store, preserve, or ship complimentary dies, plates, tooling, templates, or related production assets used in connection with an order.
10. Artwork Submission and Approval
Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, specifications, dimensions, product information, and other required content.
Accepted file formats may include:
- AI
- EPS
- PSD
- SVG
- High-Resolution JPG
- Other formats approved by Printezia
By submitting artwork, customers represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to reproduce and use the submitted content.
Printezia may provide:
- Digital Proofs
- Physical Samples
- Mockups
- Renderings
- Visual Previews
The type of proof provided shall be determined solely by Printezia.
Customers must carefully review all proofs and approvals before authorizing production, including verification of:
- Text
- Dimensions
- Layout
- Colors
- Product Information
- Barcodes
- QR Codes
- Contact Information
- Regulatory Content
- Logos and Branding
Once artwork, proofs, mockups, renderings, or samples are approved by the customer, the customer assumes full responsibility for all approved content.
Printezia shall not be liable for spelling errors, grammatical errors, design errors, content inaccuracies, omitted information, incorrect barcodes, incorrect product information, or any other issues contained within customer-approved artwork.
11. Supplier Identification and Production Markings
Printezia may, at its sole discretion, place a small supplier identification mark, website address, production code, print line, logo, trademark, tracking code, copyright notice, or similar identification marking on products supplied to customers.
Such markings may be placed in discreet locations including but not limited to:
- Box Bottoms
- Inner Flaps
- Side Panels
- Internal Packaging Areas
- Product Inserts
- Labels
- Packaging Components
- Other Suitable Locations
Unless specifically requested otherwise in writing before quotation approval, artwork approval, and production commencement, customers acknowledge and agree that such identification markings may be included as a standard part of production.
Customers who do not wish to have supplier identification markings, print lines, website references, logos, or production codes included on their products must clearly communicate this requirement in writing before final artwork approval and production.
The presence of such markings shall not be considered a defect, error, quality issue, non-conformity, or valid reason for rejection, return, refund, replacement, compensation, or discount.
Printezia reserves the right to charge additional fees for removal of such markings where applicable.
12. Color Variations
Due to the nature of printing and packaging production, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Color appearance may vary due to:
- Printing Methods
- Ink Formulations
- Material Types
- Coatings
- Laminations
- Finishing Processes
- Lighting Conditions
- Monitor Settings
- Viewing Environments
Minor color variations between digital proofs, physical samples, previous orders, and final production runs are considered normal industry occurrences and shall not constitute defects.
Where Pantone matching or color matching services are requested, Printezia will make commercially reasonable efforts to achieve the desired result; however, exact color reproduction is not guaranteed.
13. Production Tolerances
Customers acknowledge that reasonable production tolerances may occur during printing, converting, finishing, packaging, and supply processes.
Acceptable variations may include:
- Dimensions
- Material Thickness
- Folding
- Scoring
- Die Cutting
- Registration
- Ink Coverage
- Lamination
- Embossing
- Debossing
- Foiling
- Coatings
- Product Quantities
Such variations are considered standard industry tolerances and shall not constitute production defects.
14. Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be determined according to the approved quotation or written agreement between the parties.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, full payment is required prior to commencement of production.
Printezia reserves the right to:
- Require Advance Payments
- Require Deposits
- Suspend Production
- Delay Shipments
- Cancel Orders
- Withhold Products
in the event of non-payment or delayed payment.
All banking charges, transaction fees, transfer fees, currency conversion charges, duties, taxes, and related costs shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before production begins.
Any cancellation request shall be subject to Printezia’s sole review and approval.
Printezia reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
If cancellation is approved, Printezia may deduct any costs already incurred, including but not limited to:
- Design Services
- Sampling Costs
- Material Procurement Costs
- Administrative Expenses
- Production Preparation Costs
- Supplier Charges
Any refund associated with an approved cancellation shall be determined solely by Printezia.
Once production has commenced, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.
16. Production Time
Any production schedule, lead time, estimated completion date, or estimated shipping date provided by Printezia is an estimate only and shall not constitute a guarantee.
Production schedules may be affected by:
- Artwork Revisions
- Customer Delays
- Material Availability
- Supplier Delays
- Equipment Maintenance
- Transportation Disruptions
- Public Holidays
- Government Restrictions
- Force Majeure Events
Printezia shall not be liable for losses, costs, damages, penalties, or business interruptions resulting from production delays.
17. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Printezia may utilize third-party carriers, freight companies, courier services, logistics providers, or shipping partners for fulfillment.
Risk of loss, damage, delay, or transportation issues transfers to the customer upon shipment, carrier pickup, or handover to the selected logistics provider.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Printezia shall not be liable for delays, losses, failed deliveries, additional charges, or damages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
18. International Orders
Printezia serves customers globally.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, customs requirements, labeling requirements, product restrictions, and import regulations applicable within their destination country.
Customers are responsible for:
- Import Duties
- Customs Duties
- VAT
- GST
- Government Taxes
- Brokerage Fees
- Inspection Charges
- Clearance Fees
- Other Applicable Government Charges
Printezia shall not be responsible for customs delays, customs holds, customs seizures, import restrictions, regulatory issues, or additional charges imposed by governmental authorities.
19. Inspection and Claims
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon receipt.
Any claim relating to:
- Production Defects
- Supply Defects
- Incorrect Specifications
- Quantity Discrepancies
- Shipping Damage
- Quality Concerns
must be submitted in writing to Printezia within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
Claims submitted after the three-day period may be rejected at Printezia’s sole discretion.
All claims must include:
- Order Number
- Description of Issue
- Photographic Evidence
- Quantity Affected
- Any Additional Information Requested by Printezia
Printezia reserves the right to inspect, review, test, or request return of products before determining the validity of any claim.
20. No Refund Policy for Custom Orders
All products supplied by Printezia are custom-made or custom-sourced according to customer specifications and requirements.
Accordingly, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refunds shall not be provided for:
- Approved Artwork Errors
- Customer Design Mistakes
- Spelling Errors Approved by the Customer
- Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer
- Color Variations Within Industry Tolerances
- Production Variations Within Accepted Tolerances
- Customer Change of Mind
- Market Conditions
- Delayed Product Launches
- Third-Party Business Losses
- Unsold Inventory
- Customer Forecasting Errors
Any exception to this policy shall be determined solely by Printezia after review of the specific circumstances of the order.
21. Reprints, Replacements, Credits, Discounts, and Refunds
If Printezia determines that a verified production defect, supply defect, or order fulfillment error exists and that such issue is solely attributable to Printezia, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- Reprint the affected products;
- Replace the affected products;
- Provide a partial refund;
- Provide a full refund;
- Issue store credit;
- Offer a discount; or
- Implement another reasonable corrective solution.
The method of resolution shall be determined exclusively by Printezia after reviewing all relevant facts, evidence, documentation, and circumstances.
The customer agrees that Printezia shall have sole authority to determine the appropriate remedy.
No reprint, replacement, refund, credit, or discount shall be provided for issues resulting from customer-approved artwork, customer-supplied specifications, customer-supplied content, normal production tolerances, shipping carrier delays, or circumstances beyond Printezia’s control.
22. Intellectual Property Rights
Customers retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, copyrighted content, and other intellectual property submitted to Printezia.
By submitting any artwork, design, logo, trademark, image, text, or content, the customer represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations for reproduction and use.
The customer agrees that submitted content shall not infringe upon:
- Copyrights
- Trademarks
- Patents
- Trade Secrets
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Proprietary Rights
- Rights of Publicity
- Rights of Privacy
Printezia reserves the right to reject any order that may violate intellectual property laws or other applicable legal requirements.
The customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printezia against any claim, action, demand, loss, liability, cost, expense, or legal proceeding arising from customer-supplied content.
23. Supply and Sourcing Disclaimer
Printezia operates primarily as a printing and packaging supplier and sourcing partner.
Products may be printed, converted, assembled, finished, fabricated, manufactured, sourced, or supplied through:
- Printezia Facilities
- Affiliated Facilities
- Approved Vendors
- Production Partners
- Contract Manufacturers
- Packaging Converters
- Printing Facilities
- Third-Party Suppliers
References within these Terms & Conditions to production, printing, manufacturing, fabrication, or related activities shall include activities performed directly by Printezia and/or through authorized third-party suppliers and partners.
Customers acknowledge and agree that Printezia may fulfill orders through such supply chains at its sole discretion.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Printezia shall not be liable for:
- Indirect Damages
- Consequential Damages
- Incidental Damages
- Special Damages
- Punitive Damages
- Exemplary Damages
- Loss of Revenue
- Loss of Profits
- Loss of Business Opportunities
- Loss of Goodwill
- Loss of Contracts
- Production Downtime
- Product Launch Delays
- Third-Party Claims
- Reputational Damage
Under no circumstances shall Printezia’s total liability exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
The limitations set forth in these Terms & Conditions shall apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
25. Force Majeure
Printezia shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, shortage, inability to perform, or increased cost resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural Disasters
- Floods
- Fires
- Earthquakes
- Storms
- Pandemics
- Epidemics
- Government Actions
- Trade Restrictions
- Import Restrictions
- Export Restrictions
- Labor Disputes
- Transportation Interruptions
- Utility Failures
- Material Shortages
- Supplier Failures
- War
- Civil Unrest
- Terrorism
- Cyberattacks
- Acts of God
Performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event without liability to Printezia.
26. Confidentiality
Printezia shall take commercially reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of customer information provided during the quotation, design, ordering, and fulfillment process.
Customers acknowledge that certain information may be disclosed to employees, suppliers, production partners, logistics providers, and service providers where reasonably necessary to fulfill an order.
Printezia shall not be liable for disclosures required by law, court order, government authority, or regulatory requirement.
27. Prohibited Products and Content
Printezia reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any order involving content, products, or materials that may be unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Counterfeit Products
- Trademark Infringement
- Copyright Infringement
- Fraudulent Materials
- Defamatory Content
- Illegal Products
- Misleading Product Claims
- Unlawful Promotional Materials
- Materials Prohibited by Applicable Law
Acceptance of an order shall not be interpreted as approval of the legality of customer content.
28. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Violate Applicable Laws
- Attempt Unauthorized Access
- Disrupt Website Operations
- Upload Malicious Code
- Interfere with Website Security
- Misrepresent Identity
- Use the Website for Fraudulent Activities
- Copy or Reproduce Website Content Without Authorization

30. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute, controversy, claim, legal proceeding, or cause of action arising out of or relating to:
- These Terms & Conditions;
- Any quotation;
- Any order;
- Any product;
- Any service;
- Any payment;
- Any transaction;
- Any business relationship with Printezia;
shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, tribunals, and legal authorities located in Lahore, Pakistan.
The customer expressly agrees that:
- Lahore, Pakistan shall be the exclusive legal venue for all disputes;
- No legal action shall be commenced in any other city, province, state, or country;
- The courts and authorities of Lahore shall have exclusive authority to hear and determine all disputes;
- The customer irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of Lahore, Pakistan for all legal matters relating to Printezia.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any approved quotation, invoice, purchase order acknowledgment, artwork approval, written agreement, or other written communication issued by Printezia, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the relevant transaction.
No verbal statement, representation, promise, or understanding shall modify these Terms & Conditions unless confirmed in writing by Printezia.
