This Payment Policy governs all payments made to Printezia for quotations, products, services, design work, printing services, packaging services, sourcing services, shipping arrangements, samples, and any related transactions.
By requesting quotations, approving orders, making payments, or using services supplied by Printezia, you agree to this Payment Policy.
1. Payment Requirement
All orders are subject to payment terms specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, order confirmation, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Printezia, full payment must be received before production, sourcing, procurement, printing, packaging, fulfillment, or order processing begins.
Printezia reserves the right to withhold production, shipment, delivery, release of goods, artwork preparation, design services, proofs, samples, or other services until required payments have been received and verified.
2. Accepted Payment Method
Printezia currently accepts payment exclusively through direct deposits or bank transfers made to officially designated company bank accounts.
Payments must be made only to bank accounts officially communicated by Printezia through authorized quotations, invoices, contracts, or official company communications.
3. No Cash Payments
Printezia does not accept cash payments.
Customers must not send, deliver, deposit, transfer, or attempt to make payments in cash to:
- Company Offices
- Employees
- Representatives
- Sales Personnel
- Agents
- Contractors
- Third Parties
Cash payments made contrary to this Policy shall be entirely at the customer’s risk.
Printezia shall not be responsible for cash payments that are lost, misdirected, disputed, unauthorized, or not properly recorded.
4. No Credit Card or Debit Card Payments
Printezia does not currently accept:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Virtual Cards
- Prepaid Cards
- Gift Cards
Customers should not attempt to make payment through card-based methods unless specifically authorized in writing by Printezia.
5. No Third-Party Payment Methods
Unless expressly approved in writing, Printezia does not accept payment through:
- Money Transfer Services
- Digital Wallets
- Mobile Wallets
- Cryptocurrency
- Peer-to-Peer Payment Platforms
- Informal Transfer Systems
- Unapproved Payment Channels
Only direct deposits and bank transfers to approved company bank accounts are accepted.
6. Official Bank Accounts Only
Customers must ensure that payments are made exclusively to bank accounts officially designated by Printezia.
Printezia shall not be responsible for losses arising from payments made to:
- Personal Accounts
- Employee Accounts
- Unauthorized Accounts
- Fraudulent Accounts
- Incorrect Accounts
- Unverified Accounts
Customers are responsible for verifying payment instructions before sending funds.
7. Verification of Payment Instructions
If a customer receives payment instructions through any communication that appears unusual, modified, suspicious, inconsistent, or unexpected, the customer should independently verify the payment details with Printezia before sending funds.
Printezia shall not be liable for losses resulting from fraud, phishing attempts, hacked communications, impersonation, email compromise, or unauthorized payment instructions.
8. Currency and Banking Charges
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Customers are responsible for all bank charges.
- Customers are responsible for transfer fees.
- Customers are responsible for intermediary bank charges.
- Customers are responsible for currency conversion costs.
- Customers are responsible for international banking fees.
Printezia must receive the full invoiced amount after deduction of all banking costs.
9. Payment Confirmation
Production, procurement, sourcing, printing, packaging, fulfillment, or shipping may not commence until payment has been received, cleared, and verified.
Submission of a payment receipt does not constitute confirmation that funds have been received.
Printezia reserves the right to wait for banking clearance before proceeding.
10. Suspicious or Unauthorized Payments
Printezia reserves the right to refuse, investigate, delay, suspend, or cancel transactions involving:
- Suspicious Activity
- Fraud Concerns
- Unauthorized Transfers
- Sanctions Concerns
- Compliance Concerns
- Identity Verification Issues
- Payment Disputes
Additional documentation may be requested where necessary.
11. Payment Errors
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment information.
Printezia shall not be liable for delays, losses, or complications arising from:
- Incorrect Payment References
- Incorrect Bank Details Used by the Customer
- Underpayments
- Duplicate Payments
- Banking Errors
- Customer Transfer Errors
12. Ownership of Goods
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of supplied products shall remain with Printezia until all amounts owed by the customer have been paid in full and received by Printezia.
13. Right to Reject Payments
Printezia reserves the right to reject, return, refuse, suspend, or investigate any payment that:
- Violates this Policy;
- Appears fraudulent;
- Cannot be verified;
- Creates legal or compliance concerns; or
- Is inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.
14. Policy Updates
Printezia reserves the right to modify, revise, amend, update, replace, or discontinue this Payment Policy at any time.
Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
