  • Products are released to a freight provider;
  • Products are released to a transportation company;

  • Products leave the production facility from which they are supplied.

Customers acknowledge that Printezia does not control the actions, performance, schedules, handling procedures, or decisions of third-party shipping providers.

11. Tracking Information

Where tracking information is available, Printezia may provide tracking numbers, shipment references, freight details, or carrier information.

Availability of tracking information depends on:

Customers acknowledge that order collection is generally not available from Printezia’s administrative office, sales office, marketing office, or correspondence address unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Printezia reserves the right to designate the pickup location based on the facility from which the products are supplied, produced, stored, packed, or prepared for dispatch.

Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transportation, loading, handling, and collection of products once pickup has been approved.

15. Shipping Damage

If products appear damaged during transit, customers should:
